  • Makeup, perfumes, body spray, body roll-on deodorant & any other deodorant products are excluded from this policy and won’t be exchanged or refunded.
  • In case of mistakes in order fulfillment, all exchange and returns orders will be covered by us and the products will be delivered to the customer address free of charge.
  • In case the customer wishes to exchange his order for no valid reason related to the product quality or fulfilment, the customer will pay the delivery fees.

EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

 

Exchange Policy:

  • You can exchange your ordered products within 7 days from the order date by sending us an email at orders@homerainbow.com.
  • The customer needs to ensure that the products remains in its original condition & packaging, unopped or used. Incase the received products does not match with our requirements, we are not responsible for any kind of compensation.
  • Once we receive your exchange order and package, we will examine the products and notify by email if your exchange request is approved. In this case, a customer service representative will contact you for the new order delivery.

 

Return Polciy:

  • You can cancel and return your order within 7 days from the order date by sending us an email at orders@homerainbow.com.
  • The customer needs to ensure that the products remains in its original condition & packaging, unopped or used. Incase the received products does not match with our requirements, we are not responsible for any kind of compensation.
  • Once we receive your exchange order and package, we will examine the products and notify by email if your exchange request is approved. In this case, a customer service representative will contact you for the new order delivery.
  • The freight and delivery charges shall be borne by the customer, according to the city in which he is, unless the products have reached you damaged or contains a manufacturer defect or proven to be counterfeit (knowing that all of our products are 100% original and guaranteed).

 

Refund Policy:

If the customer requests to cancel the order after paying with credit / debit cards without any valid reason and demanding a refund, then, in this case, we will deduct 5% of the product value of the amount paid to cover the loss of the refund fee for the card payments sector. And if the product was shipped before requesting a refund, then the shipping value will be deducted.

Return process can take between 7 to 14 business days and The refund process will take around 14 days to be completed.

For the sake of our customer safety, we do not allow the return or replacement of the products that have been opened or used for health purposes for the reason that they are cosmetic products or care of their nature, except the products that reach you are damaged or contain manufacturers defective or provided as counterfeit (knowing that all of our products are original and guaranteed 100 %
